Project Overview

Berglund Construction performed a 5,800-sqft renovation of the existing Winfield Branch Library. The entire job was Borgata online casinoCompleted from start to finish in two months. The scope of work included completion of interior demolition; new interior metal framing; and all new electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

The new space consists of a large general library area, small café, office, workroom, IT closet, restrooms, storage rooms, staff prep area, kitchenette borgata casino reviewsand large meeting room. It also features small build-out areas for teens, youth and small children. New finishes were installed including lighting, carpet, Vinyl Composite Tile (VC) and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring and new exterior illuminated signage.
